Radio shuttle rack
This is a semi-automatic compact Radio Shuttle shelf storage system. That uses the ranger to move independently of the rack itself, meaning forklifts don't need to reach inside the storage lanes. The forklift operator performs all procedures for storing and unpacking pallets simply by using a remote control.

3. Transportation by Pallet Radio Shuttle
A compact storage system in which a shuttle is driven by an electric motor that runs on tracks inside the storage channels, replacing forklifts, significantly reducing operating time and allowing items to be grouped by channel instead of complete lane.
Pallet Shuttle shelves follow orders sent by an operator who uses a Wi-Fi-connected tablet, dispatching the load at the first free placement in the channel and compressing the pallets as much as possible. By eliminating the need to lift vehicles onto lanes, storage capacity is increased in depth, the risk of accidents and damage to racks is negligible, operations are optimized and warehouse operations are improved. modernized and more flexible.

Compact Semi-Automatic Warehouse with Pallet Shuttle In semi-automatic installations, operators simply drive the forklift carrying the pallet and initiate operation of the motorized shuttle. The movement of the shuttles inside the rack is automated.

Step 1: A forklift places the Pallet Shuttle in the channel where the work is being done.
Step 2: Next, a forklift is used to position each pallet at the entrance to the channel, placing them on the load-bearing beams.
Step 3: Using a tablet, the operator sends a command to the shuttle to initiate the loading process. Once the pallet's position has been determined, the Pallet Shuttle gently lifts the pallet, and moves it horizontally until it reaches the first available position, where it deposits the pallet. Various sensors precisely control the movement of the load being stored.
Step 4: Pallet Shuttle returns to the top of the lane to repeat the operation with the next pallet, and the next, as many times as necessary until the channel is filled. Before the last slot is filled, the sphere is removed and the sequence is repeated in the next channel where work is required.
